What Do You Need
I am looking for an equity/investor partner to start a real estate investment company here in south Alabama and the panhandle of Florida. You will see an 8% to 12% interest back on the funds used to purchase properties along with 49% of the company (everything is negotiable).
The rental market is in high demand here, rentals are not on the market for more than 2 weeks. Currently I am looking at a few mobile home parks, small apartment complexes (up to 20 units), duplexes and single family homes. All have 11% or higher cap rate and I believe this is the time to buy while the market is low. The main goal for the company is to have a portfolio of investment properties including long term and vacation rentals, along with rehabbing a few homes when the right ones are on the market. I believe with my knowledge and your funds we can build a strong and successful Real Estate Investment company.
I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Alabama and soon to be in Florida.
