sent you a reply directly by email. I prefer not to communicate by bulletin board, a bit public for my taste.

Hi Demetrius, how are things out there in MS?

Demetrius, we are principals (not brokers or middlemen) in apartment holdings. We know own and operate about 1300 units and are seeking projects outside of Michigan, including the SE. Let me know if you would like to discuss either the sale of projects or partnering on the acquisition of communities of 100 units or more. We generally seek properties requiring renovation/expansion/improved management in locations where these improvements will result in enhanced returns through improving occupancy and/or rents.

Demetrius,
I do a lot of multi-family. We operate in all 50 states. Do you have specific project you are working on? Let me know and I'll see what we can do for you. Thanks.

Multi-family hasn't been an areas I've focused on; however, that may change, if it does, I may just revert to you!
