The Sunnyvale City Council deemed General Development Inc.'s presentation as one of the best prepared, presented, and argued cases in the history of Sunnyvale.

$3M Master Residence - Los Gatos Hills, CA
Principal in charge for the design, entitlement, and construction of a 2.5 acre, 8K square foot custom tri-level estate. Project features included a 20-30% grade, 35 foot vaulted entry ceilings, 110 bedrock piers, 90 foot project face height.

5191 Lafayette Street - Santa Clara, CA
$1.5M industrial building purchased from Comerica as a non-performing asset. It was a former "wet" processing PC board manufacturing site. Raised debt and reposition money, dealt with environmental issues, negotiated with the City of Santa Clara for permits, completed a "conditional use" permit for non-conforming use, and upgraded structural integrity. With the assistance of architectural, landscape architectural, and structural design firms a complete rehab of the building was performed including a new roof, HVAC, parking, yard, landscaping, restrooms, and flooring.
