30 day Transaction funding for Commercial Hotel in Peru Illinois

Good afternoon folks, I have a client that needs $1,050,000 to take his hotel away from the current bank at 55% LTV, I already have the take out approved and need transactional or bridge money for 4 weeks, the catch, it has to close by this Tuesday or the bank is coming in.  Can someone help, the Hotel is currently cash flowing, My client is very willing and has provided us everything we have asked for very quickly. See More
