Charles,

I have a client looking for a $50-60K loan to increase her business.
She is a RE Broker that has been in business for many years and also manages apartments.  She is in CA.
Fico mid 7's.  She can show $25K going through her bank accounts monthly but not tax returns as she writes everything off.
What can you do?  Also, I need to be included in the points.

BTW, can you do an asset loan in NY for $225K on a n/o duplex with 1 unit rented.  Free and Clear with current value $520K.  He wants to update and sell for at least $625K.  Fico mid to high 6's, but can't provide bank statements or tax returns.  Needs under 10% for up to 6 months.

Have comps, and estimates of work.  Also, include me in points.
