The business they are proposing is to give you 8.500 m2 to build their hotel, the number of rooms would be to define for you according to the lawsuit of their own choosing, as one can start with about 150 keys and be expanded over time to a maximum of 320 keys to the density allowed. In return the land to build the hotel, they ask to stay with the Casino, including 100% ownership of it and operate it, they are among the largest casino operators in Costa Rica, Panama, Peru and India. All you have to pay is $ 212.500 corresponding to 5% commission on the actual value of the land was $ 500 x m2.
