The LPCF Group consults with each principal seeking funding for commercial projects. We are not lenders or loan brokers. We are directly connected with private lenders, funds groups and other private funding sources. The private lenders are a collaboration of professional and experienced private investors who provide all of the funding.
We are paid based on performance only. So, if your request is turned down, we earn nothing from the transaction. It’s important that you know that we are not employees of any lender(s) or private funding sources. However, we can save you the time that you would normally spend shopping around for funding as well as thousands of dollars in underwriting junk fees and broker fees.
LPCF Group has access to a number of private money lenders that specialize in many different U.S. commercial project types(only!) to include commercial real estate, oil and gas, bridge funding, natural gas, solar and alternative energy projects for acquisition, direct acquisition, or new construction. We know which lender funds specific niches of commercial projects and we will present your project directly to that lender. All projects funded can range from a minimum of $150K up to $750M. Most lenders, LPCF Group works with have a requirement of or a minimum of 10% to 30% injected by the borrower or else have a JV partnership (JV partnerships in oil and gas only). Typical closings occur in 30 to 90 days. However, in some cases as with more complex deals, closing will take longer. We also connect clients with SBA7a loans for refinancing (All refinanced deals closings are in 2 to 3 weeks, or more!) with a term up to 25 years and an LTV as high as 90% (minimum loan amount of $150k with a maximum of $5M).
