- I am the Volunteer Sponsorship and Grants Coordinator for The Project R.A.K.E. Foundation, Inc (501c3) Project: R.A.K.E. stands for “Random Acts of Kindness Everywhere.” Our heart is to see teenagers move outside themselves by serving others in their own community. Specifically, we have involved over 500 young people in free volunteer home repair services to low-income, in-need families, senior citizens & the disabled who live along the Route 1 corridor, Nottingham to Quarryville, Landenberg to Atglen & Kennett Square to Parkesburg. We provide regular opportunities for teenagers to go beyond themselves and make a difference in their community by helping people live warmer, dryer, safer lives.
Once a month we go down to the Sunday Breakfast Mission in Wilmington, DE and rock it out for the people there, trying to bring encouragement, enthusiasm and hope. My heart is to be a good example of my Savior by putting my hands and feet to good use serving others.

I know you can hear it. Your mother's tension in her vocal chords as she blurts "Just because everyone else is doing it doesn't mean you have to do it. If they all were going to jump off a bridge, would you jump too?"
In Commercial Real Estate, there are certain things that make sense, certain things that work when it comes to marketing your brokerage or your listings. The challenging question running through your mind is, "How do I know what works and what doesn't?"
