Hi Dennis,

I have an Apartment building in Los Angeles County. 70 Units, brand new. 7 are sold only.
Value at around $18Million. Bank is considering foreclosing, but not yet. I think we can get it for about $12 to $12.5 Million. Please let me know if you are interested and we can talk.

Hello Dennis,

You had previously mentioned to me that you were interested in Self Storage Facilities.

We have a 1229 unit self storage facility whose note is being offered for sale. This is a NPN. The UPB is $17 million. The property is 50% occupied. It is located in South Florida. Let me know if you have any interest.

Through the same bank we have another self storage facility with approcimately 720 units. The UPB is approximately $7 million. This one is 36% occupied. This is located in South Florida also. Both these properties are class A and both the notes are non-performing. There is room to acquire these assets at a great discount.
