One of my associates who is located in California is looking to work with one or two hard money lenders for residential and commercial transactions in the Western States of the US.
These are very good deals, borrowers usually have high credit scores, some do not for some of the deals, but are still good candidates for funding in some of the other qualifying capacities. Many times the borrowers can get financing through traditional channels, however the deals are time of the essence deals where the traditional channels cannot be utilized.
Lenders that are chosen must be willing to do an immediate conference call, must be able to offer term sheets quickly and be able to make lending decisions fairly quick. My associate moves fast.
Direct Lenders who are able to fund deals on a volume basis for a particular client is highly desired. Lenders who are serious is a must, because my associate and his clients are serious. The lender(s) must be able to fund deals in the states of OR, WA, NV,UT,CA,AZ. The ability to fund deals in all the states that are West of the Mississippi River is also a plus.
