We are facilitator and broker on behalf of our clients worldwide who has lucrative projects needing funding and JV on case basis.

We have a lucrative housing project in Sri Lanka from our client to the value of 28.4 m USD with a 450 housing units. Attached is the full feasibility and financial analysis. This for medium class semi luxury buyers. Owner prefers debt funding with reasonable repayment terms. Alternatively a JV investment.
