OK... So here's the scoop.  This is not on the open market.  I'm
looking for an equity investment partner (group), not a loan.  So, if
you are thinking of providing a referral to a private lender or
funding source, that's not what I'm seeking.  I am working on the
final draft of the summary. The project will require $8MM to $10MM to
procure, then we go forward with development.  That's approximately
40% of current market value.  300 plus days a year of sun in the great
Pacific NW, existing, 4 star Golf Digest rated, 18 hole golf course
and existing first class restaurant. Also included, already developed
waterfront home sites, waterfront condo sites, non waterfront condo
sites and non waterfront home sites. Property undeveloped but plated
for high end big rig friendly RV site, marina site ( with gas dock
entitlement) and a hotel/casino site. If you are still interested I
