First of all my name is Paul Turner a commercial real estate investor
and new business owner. Im 21 year old and a die hard young christian
man that believe that if I can avoid as much trouble and stress Im going
to! This year alone Im planning to acquire 70+ commercial properties
nationwide such as apartment complexes, strip malls, and office and
warehouse building. With a minimum of $5million each. I do have access
to unlisted properties to do this.

I also have my business plan ready for review. From the limited
investors Ive sent it to I have got nothing but good responses from
them! Sadly they did not fit in with my investor qualifications below.

So for your information I will not be Be Yoked With Unbelievers


Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and
wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with
darkness?

What harmony is there between Christ and Belial

? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?

What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are
the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them
and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my
people.”

offing 15-25% ROI for $120,000 (startup expenses) full details upon

That does not mean I am offering 15-25% of the total profits!!! However I
will offer said investor with a minimum of 15% of the profits from the
first deal I do, Plus their principle investment of ($120,000+15%-25%).

What these funds are for Attorney fees, Marketing, Accounting,
Properties management companies and Insurances again full list of use of
funds disclosed in business plan.

How about you take a look at the business plan and then tell me I'm crazy. just email back the NDA then you can decide for yourself if it's a good deal or not. Oh an another point I "have and attitude" you dame right I do I'm tired of seeing people getting ripped off because they work with crooks!

I think her post was geared moreso as to your approach and not to the possibility of such high returns with your investment opportunity. Maybe you do have a great plan in place, and that's good for you. In contrast, take note to the number (and type) of responses your getting. What is a good plan if you have no one willing to hear you out? Being a Christian (or even having a sense of religion) is a wonderful characteristic, but there's a time and place for everything. Save those types of posts for a religious-based website, and leave commercial real estate deals to CREPIG. And furthermore, let's keep the respect around this place...--- MJG
