MIke -- the current business bank is a good start =  willing to make her a LOAN under 7 % interest only for 24 to 30 months based on USE of FUNDS and repayment plan and good FICO.

WIth about 18 loan options CHEAPER is better, 25 k using a FACTORING LOAN is the ugly highest default deal
