Event Description

Over the last couple of years, the word “distressed” has become much more a part of the real estate markets. Therefore, we have asked Albert Berriz, CEO of McKinley to join us and explain the scale and magnitude of distressed deals in the market today. Who is currently buying distressed assets and on what terms? What are the worst markets across the US? Is there a light at the end of the tunnel?

Join us February 23rd at 2pm Eastern Time (11am PT) for a complimentary webinar where we will learn the answers to these questions and many more.

Send me a reminder closer to the time.

Will it be recorded?

Hi Norman,

If I were you, I would go ahead and register for it.  That way you'll receive a reminder when it gets closer, but if you can't ultimately make it, we generally try to share a video recording.  And since you have registered, you will get an update on that recording, as well.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.

(And by the way, a very special thanks to JW and CREPIG for spreading the word about this event!)

NEVER stop learning about this market. That is the only way you will know how to deal with any situation. At any time. In any fashion
